1. Define the surfaceSmooth glass and aluminum are different from painted walls, powder coat, PP, PE and vehicle curves. Test the actual substrate.

Which vinyl should I test for a difficult surface?

SAV12HT/140 is the high-tack starting point in this selector. Test it on the exact PP, PE, powder-coated, painted or textured surface because preparation and surface energy can change adhesion.

Which vinyl can cover an old sign or colored panel?

Start with SAV12B/140 for black-glue cover-up or SAV12G/140 when grey adhesive provides enough background control. Compare opacity, edge appearance and removal on the real panel.

Which vinyl should I use when clean removal matters?

SAV12/140R is the removable-glue starting point. Confirm the required removal period, surface condition, temperature and residue test before the project.

Which models are starting points for vehicle graphics?

UV1501 is a polymeric bubble-free option with published 3–5 year outdoor durability. UV1801G is a cast bubble-free option with published 5–7 year outdoor durability. Test print, laminate, curves, recesses and removal for the exact job.

Does the model name confirm my ink compatibility?

No. Send the printer, ink and curing method with the sample request. Approve print quality, curing, liner flatness, cutting and adhesion as one production system.

Can a 2.02m-wide model replace a 1.52m model?

The wider roll may reduce joins, but printer loading width, usable print width, take-up, liner behavior and stock availability must all be confirmed.
