Product Description

Frontlit (frontlight) banner is a kind of coated or laminated PVC film for indoor or outdoor advertisement display. It is designed for optimum front lighting. Frontlit banner material contains high-strength yarn and flexible PVC. Because of its high glossy surface, Anti – UV, waterproof, and long-lasting vivid graphics, it is widely used in billboards, signs, outdoor hanging banners, etc.

UNISIGN™ frontlit (frontlight) flex banner is compatible with all solvent-based inkjet systems. The special surface coating optimizes ink adhesion and color reproduction for long-lasting brilliant prints. It has a good capability of anti-microbial and anti-aging. The transparency is controlled between 5% to 10%.

Our products are printable with all kinds of solvent bass or eco -solvent based printer, including (not limited to) EFI, DURST, DGI, HP Latex, Roland, Mimaki, MUTON, TECHWIN, FLORA, INFINITI and etc. UNISIGN’S flex media can meet the requirements of REACH, SGS, and B1. Max width of coated and laminated frontlit is 5.1 meters (197”).

If you are considering eco-solvent printing processes, UNISIGN has an array of compatible products. If proper ventilation is a concern, eco-solvent printing is the solution. It also lessens the risk of OHSA issues by alleviating the risk of workers being overcome by fumes.
